I'll give it 4/5 since there is buggy behavior with the list of options (choices). I also experienced the SQL errors mentioned in other reviews. It turns out that the option labels cannot contain any special characters, e.g., '/' or '-'. Once the import is successful, you can edit the labels within D365. I would have reported this bug to Sievers, but they no longer have a project home page.
