Improvements

New interface ISettingsPlugin to allow display your settings dialog from XrmToolBox menu

Can define a unique identifier for your tool so that other tools can check if your tool is installed or not. This feature was using the name of the tool before but the name can change so using unique identifier should be more robust

Known issues

We have removed the class XmlSerializerHelper from XrmToolBox project. An equivalent class exists in MscrmTools.Xrm.Connection namespace. If your tool was using this class, you may have to adapt your code
